Reflexology is generally suitable for most people and of any age, as well as for adults, palliative and end of life care.

All new clients will require an initial consultation which will take 15-30 minutes. And will involve taking a comprehensive history which includes personal details, health, status, medications, current diet and lifestyle. This will then enable a bespoke treatment plan to be complied and tailored to the client’s needs.

Reflexology treatments typically last around 50 minutes to 60 minutes, after which any aftercare advice is provided including recommendations on frequency of further treatments as reflexology is known to have a cumulative benefit following 4-6 treatments. These can subsequently be followed up with regular maintenance treatments as required by the client.

• Indian Head Massage - 50 minutes, £45.

• Reiki - 50 minutes, £45.

• Block Booking of 6 treatments (following initial consultation and treatment) - £285 paid in advance.

These packages include a 60 minute reflexology treatment. Total time with add on = 1 hour, 75 minutes.
