Clinical Reflexology
Reflexology targets reflex points on your feet and hands that correspond to areas throughout your body. Available for all general conditions including, stress and anxiety, sleep and musculoskeletal issues, maternity, fertility, palliative care, oncology, and lymphatic drainage. Options also include Aroma Reflex (bespoke aromatherapy with reflexology) and Reiki Reflexology.
Reiki
Both Usui and Angelic Reiki are available. Gentle energy work that promotes relaxation and wellbeing, suitable for stress, anxiety, or when you may need to recharge and rebalance.
Crystal Healing
Carefully selected crystals are placed in a therapeutic grid around you during treatment. Working alongside other therapies to support balance and harmonise.
Indian Head Massage
Traditional massage techniques for head, neck, and shoulders. Helps with tension, headaches, stress, and fatigue whilst improving circulation.
Wellness Packages for Women and Couples
Combining holistic therapies, I offer wellness packages that provide comprehensive support. This is particularly valuable for couples (including same-sex couples) during fertility journeys or women navigating life changes that being either through the phases of the perimenopause, menopause and beyond into the post-menopause phase with dedicated support available for your partner throughout the process.
For women approaching the perimenopause or even experiencing menopause and beyond, holistic wellness treatments provide the emotional and physical support that can make an in impact and a balanced difference during this transition. Your partner is also welcome to be involved in sessions and receive guidance too, on how to provide the best support during this important time.

I am a member of the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS) and Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM).
As a Clinical Reflexologist Practitioner, I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) as an Approved Practitioner and Member of Complimentary and Natural Healthcare council (CNHC) working to the highest quality and professional standards certified by Integrated Reflexology Consortium (IRC) at all times.
